Tray creation time is fully dependant on this communication being done timely, and commonly 5-7 days from the time of final design approval to shipment due to cure times and materials assembly.
Custom trays are non-refundable after production approval.
Custom trays are for personal use only and not for resale unless a written agreement is made with Weber Creative Customs is in place.
Weber Creative Customs reserves the right to deny a request based on the content of the artwork and issue a full refund for such a decision.
