Customer communication will be required for image acquisition from the customer, and final design approval.
Tray creation time is fully dependant on this communication being done timely, and commonly 5-7 days from time of final design approval to shipment.
Custom trays are non refundable after approval of design.
Trays are for personal use only and not for resale.
Weber Creative Customs reserves the right to deny a request based on content of the artwork and issue a full refund for such decision.
